Glen joined Links Vet Group in 1992 after starting his career in a mixed practice in Morayshire followed by a 2-year stint in an equine practice in Leicestershire. He became a partner in 1998 and has overseen the construction or relocation of each of Links Vet Group’s surgery locations into larger and better equipped premises. He is now a Clinical Director with responsibilities including the Musselburgh surgery.
Since the sale of the farm and equine side of the practice, Glen has focussed on companion animal surgery and commercial food export work, whilst remaining the licensing veterinary officer for East Lothian.
Glen is an avid walker, enthusiastic golfer and a worryingly experimental amateur chef, lives in Gullane with Bridget, his pet-artist wife, their splendid Jack Russell and sometimes their daughters who are drawn home because of the dog, not the cooking.
