Full payment is required at the time of consultation and can be made by cash, cheque, credit or debit card. If insured with Petplan we just ask that you pay the policy excess at the time of treatment and we will make the insurance claim on your behalf. Unfortunately this arrangement doesn’t exist with other insurance providers and we do ask for full payment at the time of treatment.
Please contact your insurance company as soon as possible to request a claim form which will speed up your claim and enable your insurance company to reimburse you as quickly as possible.
Payments can be made by cash, cheque, credit or debit card.

All insurance claims are processed electronically for a speedier settlement.
We are always happy to provide a written estimate before proceeding with treatment. Estimates are based on our expert judgement and on years of experience. However, the estimate may be exceeded if further investigation reveals that additional or alternative treatments, or operative measures, are considered necessary and in the best interest of your pet. Please ask us for regular updates of ongoing treatment and the costs involved when your animal is hospitalised so that you know what you will be asked to pay.
